White BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish 
  • 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use on smoked chicken.
  • Brush the sauce over the chicken 15 minutes before it’s done cooking, or dunk the chicken in the sauce after cooking!
