White BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp horseradishÂ
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to use on smoked chicken.
- Brush the sauce over the chicken 15 minutes before it’s done cooking, or dunk the chicken in the sauce after cooking!
