Red Rice

INGREDIENTS
- 5 cups short-grain rice
- 5 ½ cups water
- 4 Tbs bacon grease or vegetable oil
- 1 package (⅓ oz) achiote powder (or paprika)
- 2 packages (1 ½ oz each) sazon goya with coriander and annatto
- 1 package (1 ½ oz) Goya ham seasoning
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp Accent seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pot, stir together all ingredients except rice until well combined. Add in the rice, and stir to combine.
- Bring the rice to a full boil, stir, then cover and lower heat to medium-low for 20-30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
