Spicy Chicken Wings

Total time: 35 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 Tbs white vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ an onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbs tabasco sauce
  • 4 Thai chili peppers, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  • In a Dutch oven, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is mostly cooked through.
  • Remove the lid and continue to cook until the liquid has reduced and darkened, and the meat easily falls off the bone, about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with red rice!
