Coconut Rolls

INGREDIENTS
- 20 frozen Rhodes dinner rolls
- 1 13.5-oz can coconut milk
- 1 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Grease a 9×13 glass baking dish with cooking spray and arrange the rolls in 4 rows of 5, spaced evenly apart.
- Cover with greased plastic wrap and set aside to rise for 4 hours, until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the coconut milk and sugar and cook for 5 minutes, until sugar is dissolved and sauce thickens.
- Pour ⅔ of the sauce over the rolls. Bake until golden brown and baked through, 20-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and pour the rest of the coconut sauce over top. Serve warm!
