California Burrito

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs skirt steak
- 1 Tbsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese or more to taste
- FRENCH FRIES!!’
- Guacamole, pico de gallo, diced green onions, and sour cream to taste
- Hot sauce for serving
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic salt. Chop the steak into bite-size pieces and toss in the sauce, then cover and set aside for at least 15 minutes to marinate.
- In a skillet over high heat, brown the steak, turning infrequently, until nicely seared.
- On a griddle over medium-low heat, cook a tortilla for about 30 seconds. Flip and sprinkle with ¼ cup shredded cheese, an cook until the cheese begins to melt.
- Remove the tortilla to a plate or work surface. Add ¼ of the cooked steak, guacamole, pico de gallo, and chipotle mayo to taste. Fold burrito-style.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and toppings.
- Enjoy with hot sauce!
