Rocky Road Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
- In a large mixing bowl, use electric beaters to whip the heavy cream on high speed until fluffy and thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Fold in the sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated.
- Add the cocoa powder and use a hand whisk to gently mix it in.
- Reserve a little of the marshmallows, almonds, and chocolate chips, but stir in the rest.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×5 loaf pan and sprinkle over the reserved toppings.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.
