Wedge Salads

INGREDIENTS
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 Tbs diced chives
- 2 oz blue cheese crumbles
DIRECTIONS
- Remove the outer leaves of the iceberg lettuce heads. Cut them in half from top to bottom, then in half again, and cut off the stems at the ends.
- Top each wedge with the blue cheese dressing, bacon, tomatoes, chives, and blue cheese crumbles.
- Serve cold with knives and forks for easier eating.
