Wedge Salads

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled 
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Tbs diced chives
  • 2 oz blue cheese crumbles

DIRECTIONS

  • Remove the outer leaves of the iceberg lettuce heads. Cut them in half from top to bottom, then in half again, and cut off the stems at the ends.
  • Top each wedge with the blue cheese dressing, bacon, tomatoes, chives, and blue cheese crumbles.
  • Serve cold with knives and forks for easier eating.
