Grilled Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon filets (6-8 oz, skin on)
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat a greased pan grill or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
  • Coat the salmon filets with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Set the filets in the pan skin-side down and let them cook, untouched, for 4-6 minutes, until the flesh becomes more opaque and firm to the touch.
  • Flip the filets for 2-4 minutes longer, until cooked through.
  • Serve with lemon wedges!
