INGREDIENTS
- ⅔ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, sugar, cream, corn syrup, cocoa powder, and salt over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar is dissolved.
