Roasted Asparagus

INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the asparagus with the olive oil until coated.
- Arrange the asparagus on a rimmed baking sheet, then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Bake until tender, about 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
