Roasted Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch thin asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the asparagus with the olive oil until coated.
  • Arrange the asparagus on a rimmed baking sheet, then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake until tender, about 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
