Spicy Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 2 Tbs white vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ an onion, sliced
- 1 Tbs tabasco sauce
- 4 Thai chili peppers, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- In a Dutch oven, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is mostly cooked through.
- Remove the lid and continue to cook until the liquid has reduced and darkened, and the meat easily falls off the bone, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with red rice!
