Tater Tot Hot Dish

INGREDIENTS
- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ white onion, diced
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 10-oz can condensed broccoli & cheese soup
- 1 10-oz can condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 15.2-oz can whole corn kernels, drained
- 1 14.5-oz can green beans, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and worcestershire. Drain grease if needed.
- In a large bowl, combine the beef and onions with the sour cream, broccoli & cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, corn, green beans, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture into an even layer in a greased 9×13 casserole dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
- Bake uncovered until the tater tots are browned and the casserole is bubbling, about 50 minutes.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
- Serve hot!
