Lavender Lemonade

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbs dried lavender
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water, divided
- 1 cup lemon juice
- Lemon slices and fresh lavender for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the dried lavender, sugar, and 2 cups water. Stir and simmer until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it steep until cooled.
- Use a fine-mesh strainer to strain the liquid into your serving pitcher. Add the lemon juice and remaining water, then stir to combine.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve, or add ice. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh lavender and serve cold.
