Blue Cheese Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs minced parsley
  • 1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 2 oz blue cheese

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined, using the back of the spoon to break up the blue cheese. Pulse in a food processor to make it extra creamy, or add in more blue cheese crumbles to make it chunkier.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve over wedge salads!
