Blue Cheese Dressing

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tbs minced parsley
- 1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 oz blue cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined, using the back of the spoon to break up the blue cheese. Pulse in a food processor to make it extra creamy, or add in more blue cheese crumbles to make it chunkier.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve over wedge salads!
