Roast Turkey

Total time: 2-4 hours
INGREDIENTS
- 3- to 6-lb turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried minced rosemary
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, make a paste with the butter and spices.
- With the turkey skin-side up in a roasting pan or greased 9×13 pan, rub the spice mixture both under and on top of the turkey skin, covering as much as possible.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees at the thickest part of the breast, about 20 minutes per pound.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
