Egg Cream

INGREDIENTS
- ΒΌ cup half-of-half
- 1 cup seltzer water, chilled
- 3 Tbs chocolate syrup
DIRECTIONS
- (Optional) Freeze a 16-oz glass for 1 hour before serving.
- Pour the chocolate syrup into your serving glass. Add the half-and-half.
- Add the seltzer water and stir quickly (or use a frother) to make a thick foam.
- Serve cold!
