INGREDIENTS

  • ΒΌ cup half-of-half
  • 1 cup seltzer water, chilled
  • 3 Tbs chocolate syrup

DIRECTIONS

  • (Optional) Freeze a 16-oz glass for 1 hour before serving.
  • Pour the chocolate syrup into your serving glass. Add the half-and-half.
  • Add the seltzer water and stir quickly (or use a frother) to make a thick foam.
  • Serve cold!
