Waldorf Salad

Total time: 10 minutes (plus optional chill time)
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups apples, cubed
- 1 cup grapes
- ½ cup celery, diced
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup craisins
- Lettuce for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
- In a large serving bowl, toss together the apples, grapes, celery, walnuts, and raisins.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two, then serve on lettuce leaves.
