Pittsburgh Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups french fries
  • Ranch dressing to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • In a large bowl, toss together the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, and ranch dressing to taste.
  • Divide salad between serving plates and top each with chicken and fries.
