Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs ribeye steak
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 large yellow onion
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 lb provolone cheese slices
- 4 hoagie rolls, buttered and toasted
DIRECTIONS
- Use a mandolin to cut the beef against the grain into very thin slices. Cut the peppers into strips and the onions into half rings.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over high heat and saute the vegetables until golden brown and tender. Set aside.
- Add the beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Saute until the beef is fully cooked but not overcooked! Stir in the worcestershire.
- Add the vegetables back into the skillet and toss everything together.
- Top the meat and veggies with slices of provolone cheese and let it sit until the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately on toasted hoagie rolls.
