Waldorf Salad

Total time: 10 minutes (plus optional chill time)

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups apples, cubed
  • 1 cup grapes 
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup craisins
  • Lettuce for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
  • In a large serving bowl, toss together the apples, grapes, celery, walnuts, and raisins. 
  • Add the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two, then serve on lettuce leaves.
