Simple Sweet Corn

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup butter
- 2 14-oz cans whole kernel corn, drained
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Lower the heat to a simmer and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
NOTE
- You can use frozen corn instead of canned. Just simmer it covered for 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes uncovered.
