Corn Pudding

INGREDIENTS
- ⅔ cup flour
- ½ cup yellow cornmeal
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 (15-oz) can creamed corn
- 1 (15-oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F, and grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour into the casserole dish.
- Bake until golden brown and set in the middle, about 45 to 50 minutes.
NOTE
- To make this recipe even easier, you can use a 8.5-oz packet of Jiffy corn muffin mix instead of the first four ingredients listed.
