Mint Julep Mocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups ginger ale or non-alcoholic bourbon
  • Crushed ice
  • 20 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish 
  • 4 tsp white sugar

DIRECTIONS

  • In each glass, put 5 fresh mint leaves in the bottom. Add 1 tsp sugar to each and use a wooden spoon to muddle (gently crush) the leaves until fragrant. 
  • Fill each glass with crushed ice, then top with ginger ale. Stir gently.
  • Garnish each glass with another sprig of mint, and enjoy!
