Mint Julep Mocktail

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups ginger ale or non-alcoholic bourbon
- Crushed ice
- 20 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 4 tsp white sugar
DIRECTIONS
- In each glass, put 5 fresh mint leaves in the bottom. Add 1 tsp sugar to each and use a wooden spoon to muddle (gently crush) the leaves until fragrant.
- Fill each glass with crushed ice, then top with ginger ale. Stir gently.
- Garnish each glass with another sprig of mint, and enjoy!
