BBQ Boiled Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs potatoes (gold or russet)
- 2 yellow onions
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ cup butter
- 2 Tbs hot sauce
- 2 Tbs salt
- 2 Tbs pepper
- 1 Tbs garlic powder
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Peel and cube the potatoes and onions. Combine with remaining ingredients in a large stock pot and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for about 1 hour, until the potatoes are tender.
- Drain and serve warm with pulled pork sandwiches.
