Maple Honey Butter

Yield: 3/4 cup (amount in picture is doubled)

Total time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup butter, room temperature
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  • Add honey, vanilla, and cinnamon, and beat for another minute, until everything is incorporated.
  • Serve with Lion House rolls!
