INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of cabbage, shredded (or 16-oz bag store-bought)
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 stalk celery, shredded 
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ Tbs sugar
  • 1 Tbs grated onion or 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • In a large bowl, toss the cabbage, carrot, and celery together. 
  • In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, then stir into the cabbage mixture to coat thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours and toss again before serving with fried catfish!
